Our goal is to be as streamline and hassle free as possible, in the process of helping realtors install and remove listing posts for homes and properties for sale. We currently offer these services:

• Standard Yardman Post Installation ($50)   A professional and prompt installation of the standard yardman post for a property.
• Standard Yardman Post Removal ($10)   A professional and prompt removal of the standard yardman post from a property.
• Flyer Box Rentals ($5)   For a small added cost we will attach the flyer box to the post making it easier for the broker to display flyers.
• Monthly Inspections of Post on Property ($10)   For a small added cost we will drive by monthly of a post that was installed, make sure it is still in top notch condition fixing any damage that has happened.
• Locates ($25)   For a small added cost we will call for the locate to dig.
• Free sign hanging and holding   We will hang sign on the post for free and once we are in possession of your signs, we will hold it for free until the next install is ready to be put up.
